Talking House

To aid in selling your home the Carpenter Real Estate Group offer a program called the "Talking House" - an AM Radio Transmitter that will advertise your home "on-the-air" to anyone within a certain distance of your house - all buyers have to do is tune in their car radio to hear a commercial about your house.
