That's why they developed The Carpenter Real Estate Group Five Star Guarantee Program. It spells out the level of service you can expect in measureable terms and also declares what actions they will take if that level of service isn't met.

	Guarantee #1 - The Easy Exit We promise to provide you with excellent service in the marketing of your property. If you feel that we are not providing you proper service in the marketing your property you may terminate the Listing Agreement with 24 hours written notice. 	Guarantee # 2 - The Progress Report We are committed to keeping you completely informed and aware of the activity that occurs on your property. If for any reason we are unable to provide you with a progress report within 24 hours of your request, this guarantee entitles you to $50.00 per report deduction on completion. *The Carpenter Real Estate Group*

	Guarantee # 3 - The Sale Time You can expect to sell your property within 60 days of the day you listed with me, and have it ready to sell. If a fair market value offer is not received by day 61, I will pay you $500.00 off my commission when the house does sell. *The Carpenter Real Estate Group*

	Guarantee # 4 - The Sale Price Do you worry about signing a lengthy listing contract with a Realtor® who gives you empty promises of selling your home for a “good price”? With this “SALE PRICE” guarantee you can relax knowing that: I will guarantee to sell your home for 95% or more of list price or give you $500.00 back at the time of the closing! I have strong opinions about real estate service. I believe that if a Realtor® can not commit to selling your home for a reasonable market value price then they should pay, not you! *The Carpenter Real Estate Group*

	Guarantee # 5 - The Call Back Do you worry about signing a lengthy listing contract with a Realtor® who rarely or even possibly...never calls you back again, costing you peace of mind, valuable time and possibly lots of money? With this “CALL BACK” guarantee you can relax knowing that: I will personally present you a $50.00 gift certificate for your favorite restaurant if I do not return your call within four hours. * I have strong opinions about real estate service. I believe that if you are unhappy with the “Call Back” service you receive from a Realtor®...you should be taken out to dinner.
